At Hypnotic Herb, we want to get your premium hemp exotics flower, disposable pens, edibles, prerolls and vaporizers to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99, and a variety of shipping options for smaller orders. We ship via USPS, FedEX, and UPS, and you can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders (over $99) completed by 2:00PM CT, arrive in 1-2 days. Orders completed after 2:00PM CT, or less than $99, arrive in 2-3 days. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help!

Return & Exchange Policy

We're all about keeping things as smooth as a freshly packed bowl. Our top-notch THCa products are crafted with care and quality that you can't resist, and we're confident you'll love 'em. For any packages lost during shipment, we will ship a second package at no cost to you. For defective items (such as vaporizers or disposables), we'll also happily replace, also at no cost. All Flower, Edibles, Dabs and Preroll sales are final, with the exceptions above. For vaporizers, you have 30 days post-purchase to make up your mind. If it's not a match made in vape heaven, no worries – just send it back, and we'll happily replace or refund. You can initiate an exchange by reaching out via our contact page. Most sales are final (with the exception of Vaporizers.)
